Selling your home

66% Savings On Listing Fees
Sellers are responsible for two fees through Sutton Real Estate, Inc.

1) The seller will be charged a 1% listing office fee for Sutton’s full service listing program. You do not pay this fee until your house has closed. This represents a 66% savings from many typical listing charges of approximately 3%.

2) A full 3% selling office commission is offered to buyer's agents who will be motivated to show and sell your home to their buyers.

*Please note that there are two other significant fees that are a part of every real estate transaction in the state of WA. The first fee is a state excise tax levied by the state on the sale of real estate. This is currently 1.78%. The second fee is the title and escrow fee which is typically split between buyer and seller and varies based on sales price. The buyer's agent is typically paid by the seller through the selling office commission (see fees above) offered in the listing contract of the home for sale.
